Apricot Chicken Divine

2 T margarine. 2 T Olive Oil, 6 chicken breasts, 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. apricot preserves, 1 T dijon mustard, 1/2 c yogurt
\375 degree oven
Melt margarine and oil in baking pan
Shake Chicken in plastic bag with flour and salt till coated
place chicken in single layer and bake 25 min
Combine preserves, mustart and yogurt
spread on chicken and bake 25 min
serve with rice
